Products Covered by This Policy

This return policy applies to the following items sold in our store:

  • Car Key Blanks
  • Car Key Fobs
  • Car Key Remotes
  • Transponders
  • Smart Car Key Remotes

 


Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective products. Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible:

  1. Defective Condition: The product must have a manufacturing defect confirmed upon inspection.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges for defective items must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

 

Note: Items that are not defective, including customized or programmed car keys and remotes, are not eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Keys and remotes that have already been programmed or cut unless they are defective
  • Items damaged after purchase due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

 


Defective or Faulty Products

If you receive a defective or faulty product, we are happy to assist. Please return the item to our shop within 14 days of purchase, along with your receipt. Upon inspection, we will either:

  • Replace the defective item, or
  • Offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable

 

Note: Faulty items are subject to inspection to confirm manufacturing defects.


Refunds

Approved refunds for defective items will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective item for a replacement:

  1. Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store within 14 days.
  2. If the replacement product has a price difference, you will either pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

 

Note: Programmed or cut items can only be exchanged if they are confirmed defective.


How to Return or Exchange a Defective Item

  • In-Store: Visit our shop in Las Vegas, NV, with the defective product and receipt.
  • Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to confirm the defect.
  • Resolution: Based on the inspection, we will process your return, exchange, or refund.
